Transporting quarrymen from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog was an important part of the railway's traffic and was first served by basic four wheel vehicles more like a wagon than a coach. The type 2a had the luxury of a roof, with seating for 16 men and open doors.
This is a complete kit, to scale and with the correct underframe.
The kit includes wheels, brass bearings, axles, buffers and side plaque.
Please specify which coach number you would like on the plaque.
