If you are unhappy with your purchase due to manufacture defects or construction issues then you can simply return it and we will either repair it or replace it.
Please Note: This does not apply to bespoke or personalised items unless they are damaged in transit or there is an error in the personalisation or design.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and in the same condition as supplied, this means not altered or modified in any way.
Return postage to Wood Valley Works is paid for by the purchaser, as per the distance selling act. Wood Valley Works will pay for the return postage back to the customer as this is also part of the distance selling act.
If a kit is returned to us started without our prior agreement, the kit will not be covered by our guarantee and therefore will not be replaced free of charge.
The returned started kit will also not be returned to you, unless the return postage is paid for, up front and in full.
If a repair is returned to us and you have attempted to alter or modify the kit or part, this will not be covered in the guarantee and will not be fixed free of charge.
This guarantee does not cover damage to the kit or part due to careless handling or misuse..
All of your normal distance selling rights still apply.
